Compact but powerful performance

The EnSpectr Raman microscopy system, RamMics, enables qualitative analysis of samples by Raman measurement with spatial resolution as low as 2 μm.

Raman spectra are acquired by simple operation, and the system automatically performs library matching. Photoluminescence measurement is also available.

Revolutionary low wavenumber model

RamMics also has low wavenumber models equipped with state-of-the-art notch filters.

Stokes: 7 to 4000㎝-1

Anti Stokes: -1000 to -7㎝-1

resolution: 3㎝-1

2D Raman mapping option

RamMics has an option for Raman mapping measurement using an automated XY stage.
Wide area mapping measurements of 75 x 75 mm or 102 x 102 mm with a resolution of 0.36 μm are possible.

Raman module

This Raman module combines a light source, spectrometer, and detector all-in-one in a compact body. The excitation wavelength is 532 nm, and the spectrometer covers the range of 140 to 6030 cm-1 with a 75 mm focal length, 1200 g/mm holographic grating, and 3648 pixel linear array CCD.

Microscope

RamMics is a system that is mounted on Olympus CX41 model with Raman module. If you have a microscope you are using, you can purchase only the Raman kit "MicroKit" and install it in your microscope. (Please contact us for details as it depends on the model.)
